Tales of Asunda (2023)

The first kill is always the hardest, especially when you are destined to save the world... or damn it. The Stranger has taught Niobe how to fight, but can she take a life? From the pages of The Untamed comes the first Tale in this anthology series about the world of Asunda.

Elven prince Waso lost his mother at the hands of humans, so when his father adopted Dusu, a human boy, Waso was understandably filled with resentment. And now Dusu competes with him for the affections of Uun-Sil, but perhaps their struggle will open the door to understanding between the brothers.

Deep within an underground dungeon, a group of adventurers searches for treasure. Many before them have tried, but none have returned. This issue begs the question, who is the real monster, the beast that guards the hoard or the heroes who have come to take it?

When Niobe is lost and in need of guidance, Dura takes her back in time to see Nadami, the mother Niobe has never met.
