Star Trek Complete Unauthorized History

"Star Trek: The Complete Unauthorized History is the first book to combine an authoritative history of the Star Trek franchise - including all six television series and eleven feature films - with stories from the fans who helped shape the show. Star Trek expert Robert Greenberger covers show creator Gene Roddenberry's original series, its cancellation, its return on television and film, and J. J. Abrams' reimagining of the iconic characters. Everything is included, from its cultural impact and tremendous cult following, to the missteps and the achievements of Roddenberry and others behind the franchise."
