Scouts Honor (2021)

Years after a nuclear apocalypse, a new society has risen from the ashes...and their bible is an old Ranger Scout manual. A young Ranger Scout named Kit has endured the harsh survivalist upbringing needed to con-quer the irradiated Colorado Badlands. But after discovering a terrible secret once lost to histo-ry, Kit must risk everything on a dangerous quest to uncover the truth behind the Ranger Scouts' doctrine. From multiple Ringo Award-nominated writer David Pepose (Spencer & Locke, Going to the Chapel, The O.Z.) and artist Luca Casalanguida (James Bond, Lost Soldiers) comes a post-apocalyptic coming-of-age tale that proves when all you know is a lie, a Scout's Honor is the only way to move forward.

Ever since the bombs fell and the skies turned to nuclear fire, the Ranger Scouts of America have built their religion upon their most sacred law - always be prepared. But after discovering a chilling secret in an abandoned bunker, Kit's belief in the Scout tradition is rocked to the core - yet when a gang of murderous highwaymen breach the Ranger Scout compound, her growing doubts might come at a harrowing cost...

Forced to confront her suspicions about Ranger Scout society, Kit undertakes the grueling Eagle's Guard Trials on her quest for the truth - but standing in her path is Dez, the Scoutmaster's son and her oldest friend. And Dez is not going to let this badge of honor go without a fight...

Since the days of the Final War, the Ranger Scouts of America have honed their survivalist teachings for a singular purpose: to conquer the radioactive horrors of the Colorado Badlands. But after discovering the truth behind the Ranger Scout doctrine, Kit is driven into the post-apocalyptic wilderness and left for dead. With a savage predator on her trail, Kit must use eve-ry ounce of training to survive - but after all she's sacrificed, can this true believer endure los-ing her religion?

Determined to bring the truth behind Doctor Jefferson Hancock's death to her people, Kit will be forced into the fight of her life against the forces of Scoutmaster Shepherd - but with the future of the Colorado Badlands at stake, can even a Scout's honor be enough to win the day?
