RUST TP (2025)

"What's to Love: First time in softcover! We were instantly captivated by Royden Lepp's first Rust original graphic novel, A Visitor in the Field. In anticipation of the release of the fourth and final installment, we want to get readers excited all over again with this new, softcover collection containing the prologues from the three previously released volumes, plus the never-before-seen prologue from the fourth volume, in an all-new reading order. Great starting point for new readers. What It Is: Made to look like a boy, but built for battle, Jet Jones is a robot caught in the middle of an ongoing war. While trying to save countless lives, Jet discovers there is more to him than he could have imagined. His experiences in the war set him on a journey to learn what it means to be both hero and human. Rust: The Boy Soldier launches a new paperback program for the Rust series."

"After a second robot attack on the Taylor farm leaves the family picking up the pieces once again, Roman's younger brother Oswald becomes increasingly suspicious of Jet Jones's connection with the flesh-and-blood family that has harbored him. A new evil looms on the horizon and the Taylors will need Jet's help to stop it if they are to keep the farm, and the family, safe. Royden Lepp's Rust: Secrets of the Cell continues Jet Jones's critically acclaimed adventure as the rocket boy fights to earn the trust of those he cares about most while protecting them from unexpected new threats. Available for the first time in softcover."

"Rocket boy Jet Jones goes out of his way to prove himself to the Taylor family who have taken him in, but when shadows of his past arrive on the farm opening old wounds, he realizes his days of running may finally be numbered. "

"Seven years in the making, the breathtaking conclusion to Royden Lepp's Rust graphic novel series is here! As an unprecedented robot force closes in on the Taylor farm, Jet Jones must embrace his true identity if he's to defend the family he loves. 'A tale of war and remembrance, a gloriously rendered thrill ride Rust is the best graphic novel I've read in years.' -Steve Duin, The Oregonian/Oregon Live "
