Quatermain (2011)

"Allan Quatermain, famed hunter and trader, treks across East Africa where he runs afoul of the warlord Bwana Nzige, Lord of the Locusts, who rules a vast empire built on blood and ivory. Quatermain finds himself the prey as he is hunted by Nzige's chief assassin, the fearsome sorcerer, Lokongoi."

"To settle a debt, Allan Quatermain returns to the realm of Bwana Nzige, the bloodthirsty Lord of Locusts, where the hunter was nearly killed years earlier. He must accept Nzige's unpredictable mercies to insure safe passage for himself and the beautiful Victoria Cushing on a safari to the mysterious edge of the known map. When Quatermain can finally no longer stomach the horrors of Bwana Nzige's swathe of conquest, he must make a terrible choice: remain silent and safe, or follow a sense of honor that could sentence himself and his companions to unspeakable deaths lost in a trackless realm of monsters."

"Deep in central Africa, Allan Quatermain must join with his former enemy, the sorcerer Lokongoi, to escape the bloody power of Bwana Nzige. With a small band of refugees, Quatermain makes his way into the treacherous Congo forest, with death all around. But Quatermain's new ally may have a secret more terrifying than any he has ever encountered."

"Deep in the trackless Congo forests, Allan Quatermain enjoys a brief respite from danger until the lull vanishes due to his own fears and temptations. Then comes a merciless attack by his enemy, the warlord Bwana Nzige. The final bloody battle pits men against monsters, and Quatermain may not be able to save his friends, or himself."
