Junko Mizuno Pure Trance

"Following WWIII, humankind left the Earth's toxic surface and built an underground city to survive. A serious problem emerged in this new society: hyperorexia, or severe overeating, a side effect of the life-sustaining 'Pure Trance' pill! A new hardcover edition of this dreamy sci-fi manga classic! A twisted story of catfights, alien safari adventures, evil experimentation, and a girl who dreams of becoming a pop idol singer!"
