Guillermo Del Toro Cabinet of Curiosities

"An intimate look into one of the most imaginative minds of this century, Guillermo Del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosties contains notes, drawings, and untold creatures from the director's private journals and filmmaking diaries, with never-before-seen characters, art, and ideas of things to come. The volume begins with an interview of del Toro by Marc Scott Zicree, in which they identify and discuss del Toro's reigning themes (such as clockwork monsters, parent-child relationships, and the use of ancient tomes). The second half of the book contains faithful reproductions of del Toro's most elaborate illustrated notebooks."
