Ghosts of Manhattan

"(W) George Mann. Introducing the world's first Steampunk superhero! The Roaring Twenties. America is in the midst of a cold war with a British Empire that has just buried Queen Victoria, her life artificially preserved to the age of 107. Coal-powered cars roar along New York's streets, biplanes take off with primitive rocket boosters. A series of murders leave victims with ancient Roman coins placed on their eyelids. A masked hero, The Ghost, investigates and uncovers a plot to bring an ancient pagan god into the physical world in a cavern beneath the city. He must battle with foes both physical and supernatural if he is to halt the city's destruction."
