CASTLE WAITING VOL II (2009)

"(W/A) Linda Medley Moving day, as just about the entire Castle pitches in to make things go more (or in some cases less) smoothly! Also in this issue, Pru is visited by a ghost, Rackham gives a stirring speech, revelations about what happened to Simon's father are aired, and Jain is given a mysterious set of keys to an empty store room. The second volume of Linda Medley's deeply involving and often hilarious fantasy series continues toward its conclusion later this year."

"Surprise! After a long break to recharge her creative batteries, Linda Medley returns to finish the second volume of the Castle Waiting saga a four-issue epilogue. In this issue, our heroine Jain gets an unpleasant surprise as she moves into her new room, while Sister Peace has an awkward moment at the housewarming party; baby Pin surprises Jain and Chess with his amazing new ability; and mischief is brewing with Castle's supernatural residents!"

"Linda Medley continues to gather loose ends and drop new hints in this new issue. Chess reveals a vital clue about the identity of baby Pinter's father - could it be tied in with the war? Dayne & Tolly bid farewell to the castle, but not before leaving behind a surprise gift. And after helping Simon with his reading lessons, Jain faces off with the castle ghost!"

"This issue brings Volume 2 to a close. The castle folk prepare for winter as Dr. Fell surprises everyone with a previously hidden talent, and the exasperated poltersprittes move to claim the Keep as their own. "
