SECRET JOURNEYS OF JACK LONDON NOVEL BOOK 01 WILD (C: 0-1-2)

Description

"(W) Christopher Golden, Tim Lebbon (A) Greg Ruth Everyone has heard of Jack London. Yukon adventurer, erstwhile pirate, gold prospector - Jack's novels and stories were often thinly-veiled accounts of tales that he lived through himself. But there were some events he experienced that were so abnormal, perverse, or horrific that even he chose never to write of them in his lifetime! Jack at seventeen is a young man anxious for experience, eager to test his limits against the indifferent wilds of the north. But what he finds in the reaches of Alaska and beyond is something far more sinister than he could have anticipated - kidnapping, slavery, and the Wendigo: the cannibalistic spirit of North American folklore, a souless creature who Jack will not be able to escape unscathed!"
