MMW THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN HC VOL 07

Description

Spider-Man gets serious in his relationship with the Black Cat! Spider-Man's adventures have been larger than life, but they spring from the rotten roots of street crime with Uncle Ben's murder by a petty burglar. That gritty side of the criminal world takes the fore as the Kingpin tightens his grip on New York City. Spidey's not just faced with fighting villains, though. Cloak and Dagger complicate matters and the Punisher has his own form of justice in mind. Meanwhile, Mantlo and Milgrom explore the man with ink on his fingers and a story in this blood, J. Jonah Jameson, and uncover the origins of the Hobgoblin. Speaking of revelations, Peter Parker unmasks himself to the Black Cat-with unexpected results! Also featuring Black Cat's search for superpowers, Spidey's black costume and Fred Hembeck! COLLECTING: Spectacular Spider-Man (1976) 80-91 Rated T
