ILLUSTRATORS #41 (C: 0-1-2)

Description

From the pages of 2000AD, to illustrating Robert E. Howard and the Universal monsters, we bring you Greg Staples. His work in comic books, conceptual designs for movies, and his art for trading card games, and much more!  We revel in the digital artwork of Hawaiian-born New Yorker R. Kikuo Johnson. We profile James Montgomery Flagg arguably responsible for recruiting every American male into the army with his iconic "Uncle Sam" First World War poster. We round off this issue with a visit to Italy and highlight one of that country's most original comic strip artists, the amazing Sergio Toppi.
