COMIC BOOK CREATOR #26

Description

Comic Book Creator #26 presents our career-spanning, in-depth interview with comics phenom Terry Dodson, from breaking into comics at Malibu with Mantra, growth as the quintessential Harley Quinn artist, avoiding a multitude of trouble with Trouble, bouncing between DC (Wonder Woman), Marvel (X-Men), and independents (Red One) and his current Adventureman series with Matt Fraction. Then his go-to inker and wife Rachel Dodson shares a few words about working with hubby! Plus we chat with ’70s/’80s portfolio and pro-zine king Sal Quartuccio about his achievements with Phase, Hot Stuf', and exceptional art prints. R. Crumb, Denis Kitchen, and others discuss the weird history of underground comix character Pro Junior, and we take a look at Will Eisner's Valentines to his wife, Ann! Then Ken Meyer, Jr. looks at the great fanzines of 40 years ago. And, of course, there's our usual cast of regulars: Rich Arndt, Kendall Whitehouse, Darrick Patrick, and the latest from Hembeck! Edited by Jon B. Cooke.
